Olivier has more than 25 years’ experience of working with fast-growth technology companies across sales, marketing, product development and management roles. He has been instrumental in the strategic growth and transformation of a number of Europe wide technology vendors and distributors, and has managed the successful acquisition and/or merger of some of Europe’s most influential technology companies. A graduate of the Ecole Supérieure de Gestion business school and holder of a degree in Economic Sciences from the Université Paris X, Olivier joined the Exclusive Group as CEO and Chairman in September 2005. He has since redefined the strategy of the Group and restructured its operations, bringing about significant organic and incremental growth.
Philippe joined Exclusive Group in 2007 and brings with him over 20 years’ experience in international finance and business management. His career includes roles as International Management Controller for a large IT consumables division as well as a Chief Financial Officer position with European telecoms operator Tradingcom Europe. Philippe holds a post-graduate degree in International Trade.
Barrie joined Exclusive Group in 2011, initially leading its marketing and global accounts development before becoming COO in September 2014. In this role, Barrie is responsible for all Field Operations including Sales, Services & Marketing. Whilst ensuring the day to day performance of the Group, Barrie plays a pivotal role instilling Exclusive’s unique values throughout its growing global footprint to benefit partners around the world. Barrie has remained at the forefront of ‘Disruption’ in the technology sector for over 25 years, driving success in senior management roles at disruptive businesses including Azzurri Communications, Newbridge Networks and VADition, the leading UK cybersecurity VAD acquired by Exclusive Group in 2011.
Nicolas has a 10 years’ experience as a private equity investor at Omnès Capital (formerly Crédit Agricole Private Equity). Among others, he closed several transactions in the BtoB distribution industry and he contributed to the launch of strategic projects, such as the set-up of an infrastructure fund and a private equity business in Italy. He then joined Studialis, one of the French leaders in the for profit higher education market, as head of development and member of the executive committee. He was in charge of acquisitions and of strategic developments.
Neil has a tremendous track record in the distribution business spanning over two decades and is respected globally with vendors and partners alike. In his first senior IT role, Neil was the sales director at Data Guardian before co-founding a series of successful UK value added distribution businesses: Data Connectivity (acquired by Datrontech Group) and equIP Technologies (acquired by Matrix). In 2007 he co-founded VADition, which was acquired by Exclusive Group in June 2011.
An experienced international business transformation specialist, Julien joined the team in July 2014 with the remit to shape the evolution of the Group’s capabilities in value-added services, on a global scale. With a consultancy background in major corporate strategy, operations, performance management and supply chain efficiency projects, Julien is instrumental in innovating back-office, global supply and 24/7 capability across the organisation. His qualifications include an MBA from HEC School of Management, Paris.
Hadas oversees all marketing activity for the Exclusive Group, and joined the team in March 2015. Hadas has over 20 years experience in marketing management in both the B2B IT and financial services industries. Her previous roles include heading up international channel marketing role at a major wireless networking vendor, several years consultancy for a technology-focused marketing practice, and positions at two of Europe¹s largest retail banks.
Will is responsible for Information Technology at Exclusive Group. Since joining in 2014, he has been focussed on building a robust, scalable infrastructure to underpin our strategic growth plans. With over 15 years’ experience, Will specializes in IT Service Management, having previously held roles at NTT Com Security running the Technical Security Services business and Webroot Software, where he was responsible for IT Operations in EMEA and APAC.
Stéphane steers Exclusive Group’s rapidly expanding partnerships business developing new opportunities with global systems integrators, service providers and key vendors. Joining the Group from his previous position as EMEA Sales Director at Arrow ECS in March 2016, Stéphane brings considerable experience in the cybersecurity and datacentre distribution industries, amassing a track record of success at businesses including McAfee, F-Secure, Azlan and EdenWall Technologies.
Patrick is responsible for the evolution of Exclusive Group’s Cloud First strategy. The role combines an educational remit, to promote the adoption of cloud principles among reseller partners, with a wide-ranging business transformation mandate that includes engaging existing and new vendors and creating the infrastructure and processes for future cloud-based services. Patrick is able to call upon nearly 30 years’ experience in the IT channel, working in senior sales roles for major vendors before becoming founder of VADition Benelux (acquired by Exclusive Group in 2011) and later occupying the General Manager and Director of Business Development roles at Exclusive Networks Netherlands.
Patrick Huth is an accomplished IT channel sales leader with almost 40 years’ experience in distribution, both across the US market and globally. He is responsible for growing alliances across the world’s largest IT market, delivering unique value and market relevance to major vendor and GSI partners headquartered in the US. Prior to joining Exclusive Group in 2017, he has held a variety of management roles during a stellar career in the channel, with his latest position as Senior Director of Partner Management for Westcon-Comstor Group where he led efforts to successfully grow revenue and profitability for several top vendors and managed a portfolio worth more than $1bn.
